This means that if your guest requests a late check-out to a guest, your cleaner will automatically be notified and the cleaning window will automatically be adjusted. Access your own owner portal whenever you would like to see up to the minute information about your property, maintenance status or issues, and financial reports. You can even use the owner portal to book a stay in your vacation rental, so the dates are blocked out for you.

AMG’s channel manager provides a reliable and robust 2-way API connection to all major online travel agencies (OTAs). Owners can rest easy knowing that pricing, availability, min nights, and other crucial reservation data is seamlessly distributed across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia and others.
