AMG has built a complete guest portal for guests to check in, update contact details, buy additional services and access their door codes and reservation details. Instant access to information your guests want, guests never feel like they’re not getting the service they deserve.

Seamless Communication
AMG manages your cleaning and maintenance, and creates tasks based on your reservations. Our automated tasks change when the reservation changes. This means that if your guest requests a late check-out to a guest, your cleaner will automatically be notified and the cleaning window will automatically be adjusted. Removing delays in turn arounds and eliminating mis-communication between staff.

Owner Portal
Access your own owner portal whenever you would like to see up to the minute information about your property, maintenance status or issues, and financial reports. You can even use the owner portal to book a stay in your vacation rental, so the dates are blocked out for you.

Deep Integrations
We’ve created integrations to make your guests experience as enjoyable as possible. Our guest portal has integrations with smart locks, payment processing, automated rental contracts with e-signatures, automated detailed and professional invoicing to guests, and much more.

Channel Management
AMG’s channel manager provides a reliable and robust 2-way API connection to all major online travel agencies (OTAs). Owners can rest easy knowing that pricing, availability, min nights, and other crucial reservation data is seamlessly distributed across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia and others.

Expanded Distribution
Our expanded distribution channels extend to major hotel, vacation rental, and niche OTAs. Your vacation rental connected to our channel manager, will benefit from an extended distribution platform that diversifies their reservations and improves occupancy.

Dynamic Pricing
Integrated dynamic pricing tools allows AMG to use different dynamic pricing providers for different properties.
